My partner and I came to enjoy lunch here after I had some lab work done in the area. This was the perfect treat after a medical appointment. We ordered the chicken 65 briyani, butter chicken, and veg corn soup. The soup was a delicious start to the meal — the veggies were fresh and the broth was peppery. The briyani and butter chicken were perfect for us, very flavorful. The service was kind and considerate. The cashier and server even split the soup for us so that it would be convenient to share. We will definitely eat here again. Thanks for the wonderful food!

The BEST SOUTH INDIAN ( Chennai style) NON-VEG Thali I ever had. I ordered family thali (which includes Chicken, Mutton, Fish, Rice, Roti, sweet dish and many more), it’s more than sufficient for family of 3-4. I liked everything they served but first time I tried ghee (clarified butter) with podi with sambar (dal) and it was awesome.

We came here because someone recommended the Malaysian Murtabak and it was very close to original back in Malaysia. There is no onion inside but good enough but come with veg curry and yogurt. We also tried the paratha which was crispy but they let us try the fish curry and it was delicious. Might come back again to try other dishes. All meat halal

Recently visited Zaitoon in Fremont and had a great experience. We tried their Chicken 65 Biryani ($15.99), which was really good with generous quantity and great flavor. We also ordered the Zaitoon Special Family Non-Veg Thali ($32.99), and it was absolutely worth it for two people. The thali came with goat curry, chicken curry, fish curry, sambhar, rasam, curd, a sweet, and their Chicken 65 slurp. There was a great variety, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The dine-in area was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, it was a satisfying experience with good food, decent portions, and good value for money. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for South Indian food in Fremont.

Initially visited this place seeing the Instagram ad for the largest thali in the Bay Area. The thali is good. Essentially they have two servings of each of the non-veg entrees. That makes it two thalis combined into one. During Ramadan, they also have two special dishes on the menu: 1. Chicken white kurma 2. Nonbu kanji (a vegetarian porridge made of rice and lentil). The salna that came with it was decent. Our first outing, the restaurant did not have much of a crowd, but this evening was packed and the staff was patiently working through all the orders even if they took a bit of a time to arrive. The place is clean and the person at the counter was very friendly.
